Mercy Perinatal Recovery Network hosted Blues for Baby and Me, a dinner-show fundraiser, at the Sheraton Grand Sacramento. The organization provides outpatient drug and alcohol recovery services to women who are pregnant or have young children.

The 16th annual Red & White Ball at the DoubleTree Hotel Sacramento benefited the Kiwanis Family House, which provides temporary housing and support to families of seriously ill or injured children being treated at UC Davis Medical Center.
