Terre Rouge (translation: Red Earth)—aka Easton— brings the culinary side to wine in its stylish and warm tasting room that feels like a comfortable living room that also has a great cookbook collection. Owned by Jane O’ Riordan and Bill Easton, Terre Rouge is on the quieter side and creates a sophisticated experience, but never moves away from Amador’s friendly and familiar personality. Wine pourers will walk you through its Terre Rouge and Easton wine selections; they have a strong backdrop in producing Rhone varietals. Great place to talk about the relationship between food and wine and if you get a chance; check out when O’ Riordan, chef and cookbook author, is teaching a cooking class.
