On Saturday, January 28^th, the chef will demonstrate the following dishes for attendees:

• Chicken avocado spring rolls with spicy peanut sauce
• Vietnamese noodles with spicy shrimp and galangal
• Fried bananas with gingerbread and coconut-kaffir lime anglaise
